HOMEMADE EGG NOODLES
Ingredients:
300 gr high protein wheat flour
3 eggs
1 tsp salt
Corn flour as needed for keeping the dough from sticking to the pasta maker.
How to:
Mix together using food processor or for a bit of exercise do it the old fashioned way - use elbow grease (I kneaded manually).
Next get pasta maker, and let the instrument work on the dough. I started with no. 7 and moved on until I got the thin layer of dough at no. 2. Cut to rectangular approximately 10 x 20cm.
Then pass each piece through the thin spaghetti cutter.
Keep each string of noodle from sticking and clump to each other by sprinkling corn flour.
